Parent briefing notes before an RF-headset school day

What to tell families before FutureFit arrives: what the headsets are, what we will not film, how opt-out works, and who to email.

Schools lose days in the inbox, not in the hall. If parents do not understand the headsets, they hear “experiment” and they say no. This is the briefing we want you to steal and rewrite in your own voice.

What it is

A facilitated mindset and team-building day. Learners wear radio-frequency headsets so the whole group hears the same coaching at the same time. They practise breath, movement, rehearsal, posture, and self-belief. Cost to the school community is R200 per learner, and that includes a 12-week online integration afterwards.

What it is not

Not a medical or psychological treatment. Not a church service. Not a surprise filming day. Not a requirement to share personal trauma in front of peers.

Headsets

They are receive-only audio. We bring them. We sanitise and track them. A learner who does not want to wear one sits the session with staff-agreed alternatives. That is an opt-out, not a punishment.

Photos and video

We do not publish a child’s face or name without the school’s consent process and a parent/guardian yes. Pilot footage from earlier sessions stays private until that bar is met. If your school’s policy is “no cameras,” we run with no cameras.

Data

The website form collects staff contacts to book the day. It does not collect ID numbers or health records. More detail lives on the privacy page. Questions: hello@futurefitacademy.co.za.

After the day

Learners get the 12-week integration so Friday does not die on Saturday. A separate paid academy (AI, sales, marketing, SEO, finance) is on a waitlist and is not part of the school-day fee.

If you are the staff member writing the letter, request the booking conversation and we will help you fit this to your campus.
