Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies, and we do not currently run analytics on it. If that changes we will ask before loading anything, and declining will not change how the site works for you.
What we collect on this website
- School booking form: your name, role, school, email, phone, suburb, learner numbers, grades, and whatever you type in the message box.
- Waitlist form: name, role, email, city, learner age band.
- General contact form: name, email, topic, message.
- Netlify may log technical metadata (IP, user agent) as part of form delivery. We do not sell that.
Learners
The school remains responsible for its own learner records. We do not ask this website for ID numbers, report cards, or health information. We do not publish a learner’s face, name, or voice without written consent from a parent/guardian or the school’s authorised process. Pilot video testimonials stay private until that consent exists.
If a learner is under 18, a parent or guardian should submit the academy waitlist. We will age-gate and moderate the member community when it opens. This site is not that community.
Why we collect it
To answer you, book a school day, or tell you when the academy actually opens. Direct marketing to a waitlist will be optional and stoppable.
How long
Enquiry data is kept while the conversation is alive, then only as long as we still have a legitimate reason (for example an open booking). You can ask us to delete a waitlist row.
Your rights
Under POPIA you can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to the Act. Email hello@futurefit.africa. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Information Regulator (South Africa).
