In the live event we keep the scenes boring and local. Not “I am a billionaire.” The learner who has a trial on Thursday rehearses Thursday. The learner who blanks when a teacher looks at them rehearses the look, the breath, the first sentence. Specificity is the whole game.
Headset audio lets us pace the rehearsal so 200 people are not inventing 200 different movies. Same structure: settle, enter the scene, add the difficulty, finish the action, come back to the hall. Then we do it again, shorter. Reps beat poetry.
The 12-week integration is where rehearsal stops being a party trick. A Monday cue before a test is worth more than a spectacular Friday. Schools that already have a strong sport culture recognise this immediately. Academic staff sometimes need a translation: this is practice, just without the ball.
