Book a Johannesburg school mindset day
Start with the person who can approve a date and a hall that fits the group. Charlie delivers the first 50 Johannesburg days himself. The next facilitators train from those live rooms.
What you pay
R200 per learner. That is the live day plus the 12-week online integration. No mystery add-ons on this page.
What we bring
200 radio-frequency headsets, facilitation, and a run-of-show. You bring the hall, a staff member on the floor, and the parent letter.

What the hall trains
It looks like a team-building day. It trains the room into harmonic composure.
On the calendar it is a hall event with headsets. In the room it is the first time up to 200 learners enter harmonic state together: mind, heart, body and soul on one accord, on one RF frequency. That is not a better speaker. It is a shared state the grade can actually return to.
The four phases run in order for a reason. Purpose first, then physiology, then proof in their own body, then the one thing they cannot do alone. By the close, the room has composure it did not arrive with. Every learner leaves with a Mindset Mastery card delivered to the school, not a PDF of quotes, and we collect no learner personal information.
Mindset Mastery keeps those four phases alive after Friday. The Academy, planned at R500/month with fifteen units already built, is where they create real-world skill from that state. The live day is the front door; the curriculum is the building.

The day is the front door. The curriculum is the building.
The FutureFit Academy covers the five things school does not teach: AI, sales, marketing, SEO and finance, built by CAPS phase so a principal can see where it fits. What is harmonic state?
Alignment you establish: mind, heart, body and soul on one accord. The live day is the first time the whole room enters it together, on one RF frequency, through four phases in order. Mindset Mastery keeps that alive after Friday. The Academy is where learners create real-world skill from that state.
Who should we put in the room?
The person who can say yes to a date, a hall, and a parent letter. That is usually the principal, deputy, Life Orientation HOD, or the extra-murals lead. SGB involvement helps on fee collection.
What does the school need to provide?
A hall or large indoor space, power, staff on the floor throughout, and a parent or guardian communication channel. We bring the headsets, the facilitation and the run of show. We will also want to see the hall before the day rather than on the morning. One phase needs the floor measured.
How do you handle POPIA and minors?
By collecting nothing. A FutureFit day is designed to take no personal information about any learner at all: no names, no email addresses, no class lists, so there is nothing for us to hold, lose or process. The school stays the responsible party for its own records, as it already is. We collect staff contact details to book the day, and nothing else. Full detail on the safeguarding page.
What about photographs and video?
Nothing is filmed at a school day without consent already on file. The campaign film Future Fit Youth is on this site and on YouTube. Named learner clips and school names stay off the site until a parent or school signs off.
Is any of it physically risky?
One phase involves a torso rotation. It is run with a stated safety brief, a warm-up, and spacing measured so nobody can reach into a neighbour, and any learner who should not take part is identified with the school beforehand rather than discovered in the moment. Your staff are on the floor throughout.
What happens after the live day?
Every learner leaves with a Mindset Mastery card at the door, already paid for in the R200. It is delivered to the school, not to individual learner accounts, so no learner personal information is involved. Mindset Mastery keeps the four phases in play. The FutureFit Academy (fifteen units built, planned at R500/month, waitlist) is the next layer for creating from that state.
Can you work with fee-sensitive schools?
The published rate is R200 per learner because that is what keeps 200 headsets in the room and the follow-through behind the day. If you need a split-session or a sponsorship conversation, say so on the form.
