The number
R200 per learner. Nothing else on the invoice.
That covers the headsets, the facilitation, the consent paperwork, and the online follow-through every learner leaves with. There is no equipment hire, no travel surcharge inside greater Johannesburg, and no per-teacher fee.
We carry 200 units, and that is the honest capacity of one session. More learners in a day means we split the group and run it twice, rather than putting 300 children in a hall with 200 headsets and hoping.

What the school provides
A hall or large indoor space, power, staff on the floor for the whole session, and a way to reach parents and guardians. That is the list.
We do not need a class list, learner names, or email addresses — and we will not ask for them. Here is why that is deliberate.

Three levers — breathing, posture, facial expression — and a change the learner counts themselves, in the room, in under a minute.

Reach as far as you can and mark it. Rehearse the movement in your head. Reach again — and go past the mark you were certain was your limit.

The last thing in the day is the one thing they cannot do alone. Learners work in pairs, and the day closes on Ubuntu.
The order matters
Argued, demonstrated, then proved on their own body.
Each phase earns the credit the next one spends, which is why the day does not work shuffled. It opens with something the room can genuinely try to break and cannot, and it closes on the one thing in the whole day that a learner cannot do alone.

Six skills the live day actually trains
Emotional regulation
Teach a hall of learners to notice a spike, name it, and bring the body back online — without pretending feelings are a moral failure.
Advanced mental rehearsal
Learners run the difficult moment in their heads — the exam, the trial, the talk — before the real one, the way serious athletes already do.
Mindful movement
Get 200 bodies moving on one cue so the room is not asked to do inner work while it is still locked in plastic chairs.
Breathwork
Shared breathing on one audio channel — the fastest legal way to change the chemistry of a school hall without a lecture.
Empowering posture
Stand like the person who already did the hard thing — then keep that shape when the room gets loud again.
Self-belief
Build a belief that can survive Monday — evidence, identity, and a sentence a learner can actually say without cringing.
After the hall
The day is the ignition. Mindset Mastery is the engine.
Every learner in the hall leaves with an access card at the door — the online follow-through, already inside the R200. It is delivered to the school rather than to the child, so there are no learner accounts and no learner data involved.
The separate R500/month Academy — AI, sales, marketing, SEO, finance — is the next layer, and two Grade 7–9 units are already written module by module.
